1. Confirmation of solutions and manufacturing of molds
After we receive your customized order. Our engineers will provide you with the information. Carry out the design of the mold. During the design process, We will actively communicate ideas and other related matters with you. After the mold design plan is determined, our mold department will manufacture product molds according to the drawings designed by the engineer.
2. production process of the MIM
After the mold is successfully manufacture, Then officially enter in the production process of the MIM process. First, we will determine the metal powder of product material with binder, mix in exact proportions. The pellet feed produce through a mixer. Then the prepared pellet raw meterial will add to the injection molding machine with the relevant product mold.
The granular material is fed into the injection molding machine for heating. And injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. The green is produced by injection molding. After the production of raw embryos is completed, it will enter our artificial embryo full inspection process.
After picking out the defective product, Enter the degreasing process. There are two ways to skim. One is to wash off the binder with water or other solvents. The other method is through high temperature heat removal. removal of binder.
